In intuitive archery – unlike in sport archery – the number of hit rings plays a subordinate role, rather the focus is on the mental exercise.

One shoots from the inside, so to speak, from the gut. Another characteristic of intuitive shooting is the renunciation of technical aids. The shooter experiences the process of shooting intensively. The build-up of tension when the bow is drawn and the release of tension when the arrow is released – while simultaneously aiming at the target.

Through the concentrated tension and relaxation and the direct interaction of mind and body, intuitive archery can release blockages, relieve stress and achieve mental goal alignment. All together this creates the basis for inner balance and calmness. In addition, the musculature is strengthened and built up, especially in the upper back area.

Soccer Football
No matter if rain, wind, heat or snow, no problem – with us in the POWERhall indoor soccer hall you can always play. Our soccer hall offers enough space for fast games, or a real soccer tournament. All on our artificial turf, which is easy on the joints.
Due to the ideal and weather-independent conditions, our court is also perfect for recreational soccer tournaments or other competitions.
Marble run
Indoor or outdoor, as a team event or team building: marble runs can be built almost anywhere and in different ways.
In several small teams, build a ball track whose ball running time is the longest or which is identical in your design to the other ball tracks, or whose ball arrives at the finish line at the same time as the balls of the other construction teams, or which fits with the sections of the other construction teams and is to be connected to a common ball track.
In addition, special tasks such as a “free fall” or “creating a sound” can be integrated into the marble run. Communication will be in the foreground.
